Unfortunately, most homeowners don’t have the time, the equipment or the knowledge to properly maintain their homes. And if you call another paint contractor, they’re going to recommend a total repaint verses maintenance because very few paint contractors in the state of Georgia offer this same type of service with tested and proven results.

- Thorough pressure washing to house and any additional structures where mold and mildew are present
- Address severed caulking on all trim and siding
- Remove any loose paint, and prime bare substrates
- Sand and prime rusted ironwork
- Inspect trim/siding for dry rot and repair or replace if necessary
- Inspect all windows for loose window glazing
- Re-set loose gutter nails
- Check/repair decking for:
– loose or rotted boards
- LP siding (if applicable)
– check for cracking, swelling and blisters; address process and determine method of repair options based on overall conditions
– swollen nail heads are back-filled with caulk
– cracked under-laps are brushed with primer and paint to properly seal against moisture infiltration
- Paint all new caulking, and touch up paint on any additional areas that were primed or repaired
